i need this!
Hello, Get in the FRAME
It comes from discovering what your brand really needs, before the shoot even happens.
Holly haynes,
business & marketing strategist
“I love that I didn’t have to spend hours on Pinterest before my brand shoot, trying to figure out the look and feel of my photos."
Get in the FRAME is customized strategic brand photo planning. You'll walk into your next brand session with a fully developed plan, created just for you.
It’s for coaches and creative entrepreneurs who want their brand photos to feel intentional, aligned, and actually useful.
I review your current visuals and identify what’s working, what’s missing, and where things feel misaligned.
This is where gaps in your visuals — and the opportunities — begin to become clear.
We start with your business.
You’ll complete a Deep Dive that helps clarify your goals, audience, and what business needs your shoot actually needs to support.
We make sure you’re capturing what you truly need—not just “nice-to-have” images.
This is about usefulness, longevity, and flexibility.
You receive my experienced creative direction tailored to your brand.
Three storylines, mood boards, and visual direction are mapped out so everything feels cohesive and intentional.
Your photos are planned for where your business is going next—not where it’s been.
So they can grow with you instead of holding you back.
A beautiful, clear, organized PDF outlining the direction for your shoot: THREE complete storylines, with mood boards and photo suggestions. The Creative Brief is the piece clients often print, reference, and share with their photographer or team.
A review of your existing photos and brand touchpoints to identify what’s working, what’s missing, and where things feel misaligned.
A thoughtful intake designed to clarify your business goals, audience, and what this shoot truly needs to support. The Deep Dive becomes the foundation for every decision that follows.
what you get
Get in the FRAME isn’t just a PDF worksheet or an untrained chatbot. It’s a guided planning experience, with a shoot plan fully customized by me.
Inside Get in the FRAME:

Get in the FRAME isn’t tied to one shoot or one season. You can return to the Creative Brief for future shoots, in case you don't get to finish all 3 storylines in one shoot.
A short, clear letter inside the Creative Brief, so your photographer understands how to use the Creative Brief during the shoot.
A personalized, recorded video where I walk you through the Creative Brief and explain how to use it, so nothing gets lost in translation.
"My photographer loved it! The Creative Brief was also helpful for my team to see what’s coming."
“I feel very good about the storylines and props—and I was even able to use the notes to create B-roll video scripts.”
““I didn’t really have to think about anything! The Creative Brief made packing easy and helped me align everything with the goals of my shoot.”
Have you ever gone into a brand session feeling confident?
Let's be honest, you're probably walking into your brand shoot with no plan and no strategy...just a hope that the visuals you get from your photographer will be what you had in mind.
You’re working with a wedding or portrait photographer and want more direction
You value intention, strategy, and thoughtful preparation
You want a clear way to communicate your vision, priorities, and goals to whoever is behind the camera
You don’t have access to a strategic brand photographer where you live, or you’re working with a photographer you already trust
Get in the FRAME works wherever you live,
and with any photographer.
You want a clear plan before shoot day instead of hoping it all comes together
You’re planning brand photos and want them to support your business (not just look good)
You're not interested in how your visuals connect to your business
Your photo shoot is scheduled in less than 3 weeks
You want to wing it and see what happens
Do I have to work with you as my photographer?
No. Get in the FRAME is a strategy-only planning experience and can be used with any photographer, anywhere in the world.
You’ll receive a Creative Brief, guidance, and a photographer letter that makes it easy to share the strategy and use it during your shoot—no matter who’s behind the camera.
Is this still helpful if I already have a photographer booked?
Yes, especially if your photographer doesn’t provide brand strategy.
Get in the FRAME helps you clarify what you need before the shoot so you’re not trying to make decisions on the fly or hoping everything comes together.
What if I’ve done brand photos before?
Great! Get in the FRAME is for everyone, whether or not you've done brand photos in the past.
Many clients come to Get in the FRAME after realizing their existing photos don’t fully support their business, or don’t reflect where they’re headed next.
Is this only for certain types of businesses?
Get in the FRAME is designed for service-based entrepreneurs, especially coaches, creatives, consultants, and experts whose work relies on trust, clarity, and connection.
If your brand photos need to communicate who you are and how you work, Get in the FRAME is for you.
How long does the process take?
Once you pay for your Get in the FRAME planning, we'll get right to work! It usually takes a few weeks for us to work through the process, but I recommend you book Get in the FRAME at least 4 weeks before your shoot, so we have time to plan, and you have time to implement your Creative Brief.
What if I just launched my business?
Not a problem!
In order for you to be able to complete the Deep Dive, you will need to at minimum, have an idea of who your audience is, and what you offer/how you serve your community.
let's do this!
With Get in the FRAME you'll get a custom plan designed just for your brand — so your visuals feel intentional, aligned, and actually useful.
If you’re planning a brand shoot and want to walk into your session confident and prepared, this is your next step.
