Your photo is usually the first interaction someone has with your brand. And if you're a service-based business, they're going to want to see your face before they choose you.
When people hear the word headshot, they often picture something stiff and plain...
But that version of a headshot is outdated.
A headshot is any photo where someone can clearly see your face and immediately recognize you.
It's about connection and recognition, not perfection. It should help someone feel like they at least know a little bit about you.
Bottom line: a headshot should look like you, feel like you, and help someone recognize you instantly when they meet you in real life.
That's why a current headshot is so important!

But a Headshot Day is a little different.
Headshot sessions are designed to be simple, quick, and approachable. You don’t need to have your whole brand figured out or know everything that you need visually right now. You just need a couple great photos that feel like you and help people recognize, trust, and connect with the person behind your work...you!

Once you receive your your online gallery of about 20-25 images, you'll get to select 5 digital images to download, included in the cost of the session.
If you want to buy more, you can do that, too!
FAQs
Absolutely! You'll get my guide after you book your session, which includes so many helps on what to wear, what kinds of props to bring, and posing.
Nearly everyone tells me they feel awkward in front of the camera, but I got you! You'll get some tips in my guide, but I promise you I will give you all kinds of tips on set to get you looking great on camera.
For the headshot sessions, you only get 15 minutes with me, so I highly recommend bringing a jacket or sweater that you can remove to increase your "looks." There won't be time for full outfit changes, but a change of shoes or removing a jacket is perfectly fine.
I love to recommend wearing a jumpsuit or jeans/plain tee that you can wear with nothing, then toss on something over the top of it.
I will have a couple plants on set, but bring a prop that might identify you. You can bring your laptop/tablet, phone, journal, or books. There are lots more suggestions my guide that you'll get when you book.
I try to get photos and video back as soon as possible, and that it usually within about 7-10 days. If you need photos urgently, talk with me about it beforehand and I'll see what I can I do!
